As the Head of Matador Studios, I am responsible for the operational, financial, creative, and strategic performance of Matador’s award-winning in-house production team, delivering content across branded and original video, documentary, podcast, and social formats. I operate across the full creative lifecycle, from sales collaboration and program development through production, distribution, and delivery of impressions — all within a hybrid model that functions as a creative agency, a partner to external agencies, and a distribution platform.
